To address these challenges, I worked closely with the CEO, Sebastian, to redefine the company’s brand identity and establish a clear organizational structure. I developed a strategic vision to position Black Box Research as a future conglomerate by creating three specialized divisions, each with a distinct focus: Alfa Division: I conceptualized Alfa as the technological and operational core of the company, responsible for transforming innovative ideas into tangible digital realities. This division became the backbone of e-commerce operations. Beta Division: I designed Beta as the center of excellence for digital marketing and customer acquisition. This division focused on merging creativity and data-driven strategies to captivate audiences and deliver measurable results. Omega Division: I established Omega as the strategic brain of the company, tasked with crafting long-term visions and driving sustainable growth and global expansion. In addition to structuring the divisions, I led the rebranding efforts, creating a modern and professional logo, updating the company’s website, and developing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Throughout the process, I worked side by side with Sebastian to align the brand’s visual identity with the company’s ambitious goals and values.
